It is our goal to ensure that upon walking through our front doors, our customers are greeted by a friendly team member. Our photo gallery of available properties is prominently displayed for our Main Street pedestrian traffic. Our listing library features hundreds of information sheets for customers to contemplate. We also know the value of inspiring confidence and comfort in our clients and customers. Our facility features an entry/reception area with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, comfortable seating, “north woods type art”, chain saw carvings, and our familiar antique Norwegian Mahogany canoe. We are proud of our facility and we are happy to provide a comfortable waiting area where people are surrounded in comfort. We feel we offer the premier real estate facility in northern Minnesota, with excellent visibility from the junction of Highway #34 and Highway #71. We invite all prospective clients and customers to come and take a full tour of our facility.

The “heart” of our office is our support staff and management area. This is where all of the listing information is processed along with our IPIX virtual tour center. We have 4 full time staff members who handle the clerical and computer operations of our company. Our computer management center is run by a server that controls our “high speed” internet access to over 24 separate stations throughout the building.

This area also contains our color copier center, fax center, listing information files and other paperwork associated with the day-to-day functions of a real estate company. his is the busiest hub of our facility that provides all the support materials to our staff of agents. Our team of 25 real estate professionals could not function without the support staff and we have given them the latest in business tools to work effectively and efficiently.

Coldwell Banker Clack & Dennis Real Estate is committed to the latest in real estate training. With our recently refurbished conference/training room, we now have a classroom that can seat over 20 people with the latest in audio/visual technology. The room is equipped with a large plasma screen monitor, surround sound and all of the necessary components to accommodate training media including satellite television, DVD, VHS and active online computer programs. (We also have a play-station hooked up to the TV for those occasions where children are bored and in need of some entertainment.) The furniture is fully modular and can accommodate small gatherings as well as large conferences.

This room is available to community groups, charitable organizations and others who are in need of a venue for a meeting. We offer this free of charge on a sign up basis.
